Competition Terms & Conditions (Australia)

1. Promoter

This competition is run by Ogetto ABN 25 645 883 898 located at 30 Cormack Road, Wingfield, SA (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the entry form and provide their personal details as requested.

• Only one entry per person is permitted.

• Entry is free; no purchase necessary.

4. Competition Period

• Entries open at 26/11/2025 (AEST/AEDT) and close at 28/11/2025 (AEST/AEDT).

• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

5. Prize

• The prize consists of one of 3 pieces

• Total prize pool value: $396.00 AUD.

• Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection

• Winners will be chosen via random draw on 01/12/2025.

• The draw will take place at Arc Tile Showroom-9 Young St Adelaide SA.

• Winners will be notified via email and phone within 7  business days of the draw.

• If a winner does not respond within [7–14] days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

7. Publication

• Winners may be announced on the Promoter's website and social media accounts.

• By entering, participants consent to their name being published for winner announcement purposes.

8. Privacy & Personal Information

• Participants’ personal information will be collected, stored, and used for the purpose of administering the competition in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

• By entering, participants consent to the Promoter contacting them regarding the competition.

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for competition administration or required by law.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms.

• The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

• If the competition cannot be conducted as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, subject to regulatory requirements.

10. Liability

• The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by entrants in connection with the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
