Cancellations

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@ogetto.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you need to make any changes after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been submitted, we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on the stage of fulfilment.

For exchanges resulting from a change of mind, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
